A butterfly’s ascent was chosen to be the symbol for a new joint venture based on the firm belief of the potential of Romanian viticulture. Metamorfosis is the fruit of the coming together of Antinori’s twenty-six generations of tradition in the world of wine, with Halewood’s knowledge and prominence in Romania. Aiming to build on their roots that are planted deeply in Romanian history and its ancient traditions in the Arts of Bacchus. Metamorfosis wines will stand among the best produced in the country whilst also contributing to building a wider knowledge and a stronger international image for Romanian wines.
